Meet the founder - Tai Eugenio
Northshore Consulting is led by Tai, who brings over 10 years of experience in marketing, working across international markets, multinational companies, and local businesses across a wide range of industries.
Over that time, she has seen marketing change completely. New platforms, new tools, new ways of reaching customers. But she has also seen how fragmented marketing can become: different specialists, different agencies, different priorities, each focused on their own piece of the puzzle.
Strategy in one place, execution in another, performance somewhere else.
While each part can work well on its own, without a clear central direction, it often leads to disjointed efforts, slower progress, and decisions that don’t fully connect back to the bigger picture. Ultimately, losing revenue and time.
In her view, the need for a clear, structured strategy, supported by a holistic perspective, has become more important than ever. Businesses that get this right are the ones that will lead the game. And this shouldn’t be something available just for big companies, instead, this model can also be applied for local small business as well.
With this in mind, Northshore Consulting was built. Bringing everything together, from understanding the business and defining the strategy, through to aligning goals, selecting the right approach, and executing with consistency.
All with an in-house mindset, where every decision is connected, intentional, and aligned with where the business is going.
